This Excel enclosure gives you a secure, wall-mounted termination point for up to 24 fibres over 6 LC Quad couplers, already loaded and ready to patch.
The two-door design is the main advantage over a standard patch box. One compartment holds the fibre terminations, the other holds the patching, so an engineer can work on live patch leads without ever opening up the spliced or terminated fibres behind them. That separation cuts the risk of accidental damage during day-to-day moves, adds and changes, and it’s what makes this box suitable for comms rooms and risers where different people handle patching and termination work.
Built for internal use, the enclosure has an IP20 rating and comes with 20 mm cable knockouts and pre-drilled fixing holes, so it mounts straight to a wall without extra drilling. Strain relief is handled separately via cable gland, splice bridge, or adhesive cable ties, whichever suits the install.
Good fit for: comms cabinets, floor-by-floor fibre distribution, and any site where LC Quad density and lockable access both matter.
