Select your cable based on three factors: fibre grade, core count, and jacket construction. OM3 multimode supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300 metres, whilst OM4 extends this to 550 metres. OS2 singlemode handles longer distances and higher bandwidths for campus backbones. The 12-core variants are suitable for standard switch uplinks, whereas the 24-core options serve higher-density applications. Lite Trunk Elite cables are designed for use within controlled environments, and Tuff Trunk Elite models offer enhanced protection for challenging pathways. All assemblies use standard MTP connectors at both ends for compatibility with parallel optics modules.
